Grilled Steak with Chimichurri Sauce - Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup sweet red pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbs chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Pinch crushed red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp sugar
  • 2.5 Tbs sherry vinegar

Directions

  1. In a blender combine all ingredients, except vinegar. Blend until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add vinegar before serving.
